General terms and conditions of the online store PLEATED CLOTHING
All services provided by the online store for the customer are exclusively based on the following terms and conditions. Deviating regulations are only valid if they have been agreed upon in writing between the online store and the client.
2 Conclusion of Contract
2.1 Only persons who have reached the age of 18 and are not restricted in their legal capacity at the time of conclusion of the contract are entitled to conclude a contract with the Online Shop.
2.2 The offers of the online store on the Internet are a non-binding offer to the customer to order goods in the online store.
2.3 By ordering goods from the online store on the Internet, the Customer implicitly makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
2.4 The online store is entitled to accept this offer within five calendar days by sending an order confirmation. The order confirmation shall be sent by email at the latest upon delivery of the goods. If the five-day period expires without a reply, the offer shall be deemed to have been rejected.
2.8 Order processing and contacting usually take place via e-mail and automated order processing. The customer must ensure that the e-mail address provided by him for order processing is correct, so that e-mails sent by the seller can be received at this address. In particular, when using SPAM filters, the customer must ensure that all e-mails sent by the seller or by third parties commissioned by the seller to process the order can be delivered.
3. delivery times
All items will be delivered immediately, if available from stock and only while stocks last.
3.1 Delivery is only made within Austria. The delivery time is usually seven working days and begins with the dispatch of the order confirmation. The indication of the delivery time is not binding, unless there is a written agreement to the contrary.
3.2 If an item is not available at short notice, we will inform you by e-mail about the expected delivery time, provided that we have an address from you.
3.3 In the event of delays in delivery, such as force majeure, traffic disruptions and orders from higher authorities and other events for which the online store is not responsible, no claim for damages can be asserted against the online store.
3.4 If the delivery is delayed and omitted through the fault of upstream suppliers (impossibility), the online store shall not be liable for this.

The delivery of goods shall be made by shipping to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. When processing the transaction, the delivery address specified in the order processing of the seller is decisive. Deviating from this, if the payment method PayPal is selected, the delivery address deposited by the customer with PayPal at the time of payment shall be decisive.
If the transport company returns the shipped goods to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer shall bear the costs for the unsuccessful shipment. This does not apply if the customer effectively exercises his right of withdrawal, if he is not responsible for the circumstance that led to the impossibility of delivery, or if he was temporarily prevented from accepting the offered service, unless the seller had given him reasonable advance notice of the service.
At the request of the customer, express deliveries can also be made. The customer shall bear any additional costs incurred in this connection.
